This Cleaning Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Smart Support LLC dba 'Octomaids' ("Service Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Term of Agreement
The Client agrees to engage the Service Provider for a cleaning service contract with a term of either one (1) year or two (2) years, as selected by the Client below. The Agreement shall commence on the date signed and continue for the selected term unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. However, if the Client cancels prior to the end of the agreed-upon term, the Client shall be responsible for an early termination fee equal to three (3) months of cleaning service.

3. Scope of Services
Services shall be performed in accordance with the Service Description provided by the Service Provider and agreed to by the Client.

4. Reassignment of Cleaning Crew
The Service Provider reserves the right to reassign a different cleaning crew to the Client’s property if the Client is not satisfied with the current one. This reassignment does not affect the validity of this Agreement.

5. Renewal and Pricing
Upon renewal of this Agreement, the Service Provider reserves the right to adjust pricing. The Client will be notified of any changes in advance of renewal.

6. Payment
The Client agrees to pay for services rendered in accordance with the invoicing and payment schedule provided by the Service Provider. Specific monetary amounts are excluded from this Agreement and will be provided separately in invoices.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States of Washington and Oregon, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

8. Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service Provider’s liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for services in the month the claim arose.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

10. Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
